Pre-conference courses are offered on Saturday and Sunday. Individual days will not be sold.
Additional training fees are in addition to the conference registration fee. Space is limited, so please register and signup online before the conference.

Conference registration fee includes:
- All conference sessions. Pre-conference training and education workshops are priced separately and are in addition to the conference registration fee.
- Admission to the Conference Exposition
- Breakfasts, lunches, and breaks on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Admission to Sunday evening welcome reception
- Admission to Monday evening's reception
- Admission to Tuesday evening's dinner and private party. Must be 21 years of age.
Attendees are responsible for lodging and transportation expenses.

Cancellation policy
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by August 17, 2008. Cancellation requests received after August 17, 2008 or no-shows are subject to full payment.
